AM: Went back to Widener to workout with the crew. 6x400 with 200m/1min recovery and then right into 4x200 with full recovery. Splits were 77/77/72/74/72/72/28.4/27.6/27.5/26.9 Felt pretty quality throughout this whole workout. Wind hit pretty hard at some points, but not too bad. Probably could've taken a little more recovery. Really liked this workout and felt like it was a good fit for what I was looking to get out of it in terms of strength and speed. Most likely doing more workouts like this either at a faster pace or adding in a couple more 400s. Stretched some afterward while talking to Touey and then core when I got home.
