Did turf miles today and felt good one small sensation of pain but other than that I felt fine. I told myself regardless of how I felt I would NOT go over 4 miles and I stuck to that statement. Stretched like crazy and still some sensation of tightness in the butt, but nothing like two days ago. I'm just going to go off feel the next few days and not worry about paces, milage, or anything else and figure out if this is something I need to be concerned with. Gonna keep an eye on the sciatica stuff too
