Shortened version of Pond House. I keep having to take shortcuts since going from the house adds on a half mile. I saw my reflection in a window I was running by and I honestly didn't even recognize myself I looked so much like a runner. The fitness and strength is coming back so much faster than all the other times I tried building up miles. I'm not sure if it's because I'm building so slowly or if it's the first time I'm truly healthy in over a year. Either way I'm cool with it
