very hot run today. Was gonna wake up early and run, but was up late unpacking so I decided to sleep in and ran at 11am. Hot as hell, hence the title of this log. Other than temp, very wonderful and happy run. Finally not waking up at night stressing about running, which is a start to a hopefully good summer of running.
