Felt very tired today, have been on the move all week with no breaks. Very ready for weekend. Tempo was pretty good, threw up after the first 5 minutes but that only happened once which was good. Hamstring hurt mega bad today. Felt it during the warmup which was not a good sign. Going to get that looked at tomorrow so I can move on with life and be a healthy girl. Did a good job of shutting off my brain again today. Need to do a better job of pushing myself earlier on. I remembered this halfway through the workout, which was good, but could have and should have gone faster for the first half of the tempo. Got to run with my shoes off again, that felt pretty good.
