Jim-dandy workout today. 1600, 600, 1200, 600, 800, 600, rest: 2:30. Times: 6:47, 2:26, 5:08, 2:30, 3:18, 2:28. Target times: 6:48-59, 4:57-5:10, 3:11-19, 2:20-26. Satisfied with my times, did a very good job with not thinking today and just running. Loved the weather too, my perfect running temperature. My feet hurt a lot again today so I got to run barefoot on the cool down and it was delightful. ALSO, got pooped on by a bird on the warm up, kinda nasty.
