Had a bit of a rough morning, enjoyed the run though but did not enjoy running on my own. My watch did not get the correct milage because of the hills, so my tempo might have been faster than this. Owen Via also woke up later so he drove me to run and we ran at the same place. Had to dodge the same people the whole run which probably drove them crazy but I had to take care of my tempo business. Owen took me to McDonald's after the run to celebrate getting through it and I had a shamrock shake and I wanted to cry tears of joy as I sipped it.
