Very Lazy running day so waited until ~5:40 to run. Ran some solo, some with Heimes, two with Courtney and Ryan, then some solo, then back with Heimes, then some solo to finish. Ran pretty quick solo, about 9 minute pace on the two miles with Courtney and Ryan, and 8:25 pace with Heimes. Lots of people out on grings. Big Rugby game going on at PS Berks, lots of people out on the trail, some Reading resident (stereotyping) open carrying on his bike which is rare for union canal. Fairly typical to see firearms (95% hunters) in BlueMarsh/Dead End Road/PS trails.
