AM / PM - winter weather returns - long run day with a little workout built in; 9 miles aerobic on the river path (~7:25/mile), then a short break at home for bathroom, some fluids, and a sock / shoe switch, then Cerro Gordo + Upper Canyon Road for the second 9 miles with 9x3' up tempo portions built in (~6:40/mile). Solid day overall with 18 miles total (7:03).
