AM - 1 mile warm up on the neighborhood loop (7:09), dynamic exercises, then 10 miles of 1 mile moderate-hard effort, 1 mile float, on the bike path (6:05 average). Bit of a grind over the last 20-25 minutes, but the left calf felt alright and the effort was good & honest. (5:48, 6:24, 5:35, 6:34, 5:43, 6:20, 5:47, 6:33, 5:42, 6:26).
