AM - 2 mile shake-out down to the track. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Felt good this morning. Legs feeling solid. PM - 3 mile warmup. 2xMile at Threshold with a 1:00 rest. 2x1000m with a 3:00 rest. (4.3 miles). 1.7 mile cool down. Rolling and stretching after. Splits: 5:12, 5:12, 2:58, 2:57. Felt good during the threshold miles. Legs were tired during the k's. Quad/hamstring in my right leg was feeling very weak after the first 1k, but after a minute it was ok and I was alright on the second one. Right hamstring is sore after, quad feels fine. No tightness or pain, just pretty sore.
