9 miles on Leiper mostly with Tommy and Gavin. Also added on around campus and on the track. 4x150m striders. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Decided not to fartlek today. My legs did feel better than yesterday, but I figured with how tired they were the past couple days, it would be a good idea to fully recover today and just get some striders in. Plus by the end of the run my legs were getting tired so I think it was the right call. Hardly any chest pain at all during this run, I think the area that was spasming should be almost totally healed. Lower right quad is fairly tight though. I'm thinking it could be from the hip exercises yesterday.
