AM - 3 miles around campus early before work. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Felt good for the most part. Some chest pain for the first 1.5 miles, then it went away. Still having some gas so I suppose it isn't totally out of my system. PM - 9 miles out to Swat with the guys. Also added on the track. Hips, shins, rolling, and stretching after. Legs and body were tired during this. Combination of a hard week and being up early for work this morning. Chest pain during the first two miles but then it went away for the rest.
