AM - 2 miles down to the track. Rolling and stretching after. Felt some chest pain during the first mile but it went away during the second mile. Holding off on core and pushups until after practice to see if that has anything to do with it. PM - 2 mile warmup. 6 mile SML threshold from The Overpass to The Carlow House. 2 mile cool down. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Splits: 5:41, 5:42, 5:46 (Triple Threat), 5:21, 5:37, 5:39. Total: 33:49. Figured out during the day that my chest pain was food-related and due to having a lot of gas in my system. Was having sharp pains in my chest randomly during the day and hitting the toilet gave me instant relief (and tons of gas). Too much Kashi for breakfast. Chest felt fine during the whole thresh, never became an issue. Legs were really tired though, especially during the hilly miles. Still recovering from Tuesday's suffering. Glad I was able to get today's effort in though. I do not believe I overdid it. Was limited with what I could do based on the dead legs.
