AM - 10 miles out to White Pole. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Felt pretty during during this. Wasn't too sore or tired. Just some chest pain. I got a really bad cramp that lasted for hours after the workout yesterday. Don't know if it was from dehydration or allergies but I did feel it a bit during my run today. PM - 2 miles to Wawa. Hips, shins, rolling, and stretching after. Felt good. Still a bit of chest tightness on my left side. I think it's still sore from being very tight and spasming yesterday.
