AM - 3 miles down on the outdoor track. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Felt solid this morning. Legs were not as tired as they were yesterday and hamstrings feel much less sore. PM - 3 mile warmup. 5 mile threshold on SML from 60 Steps to The Carlow House. 2 mile cool down. Rolling and stretching after. Splits: 5:34, 5:44(Triple Threat), 5:20, 5:30, 5:33. Total: 27:43. This thresh went well today. Felt good to be back on SML and off the Time Trial Course, which I was getting very bored off. Felt way better on the hilly miles than I expected to, kept it rolling on the flatter ones. Breathing was under control the entire time. Feeling fit.
