AM - 3 miles through The Cages. Set of pushups before. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Felt good this morning. Legs were not as tired as I expected them to be. PM - 9 miles on Leiper with Tommy and Gavin and added on the track. 4x150m striders. Hips, shins, rolling, and stretching after. Felt pretty good today. Legs feel ready for the workout tomorrow.
