25 minute fartlek on the Time Trial Course between 25:00 and 50:00 for the 10 miles. Set of pushups before. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Did mostly :30 on/:30 off with two :45 on/off mixed in as well. Felt pretty good during this. Wind was a bit rough like it has been this week but I felt as though I was getting good turnover during the pickups. Legs got tired towards the end.
