AM - Core and pushups before work. PM - 3 mile warmup. 5 mile threshold on the Time Trial Course. 2 mile cool down. Set of pushups before. Rolling and stretching after. Splits: 5:35, 5:27, 5:30, 5:24, 5:23. Total: 27:22. Pretty happy with how this went. Similar to how my threshes usually go, I felt more in rhythm later into it. Wind was terrible during certain parts but I embraced it. Every Saturday afternoon in April is going to be windy. Glad to be close to where I was before the dark times.
