AM - 2 miles around campus. Set of pushups before. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after. Legs were a bit tired this morning but I had very minimal soreness. Made the right call keeping the first workout light yesterday. PM - 8 miles on Leiper. Hips, shins, rolling, and stretching after. Felt decent during this. Legs were fairly tired throughout. Knee had it's usual soreness but nothing major.
