AM - Set of pushups. Rowing: 2k warmup. 6.9k :30/:30 workout (1:57.3 average). 1.1k cool down. I think I need to get re-adapted to these workouts because my arms were not giving me much during this. PM - 8 miles solo on Leiper before class. Core and pushups before. Rolling, stretching, and shin exercises after. Felt pretty good. I think my joints are getting used to running again because I am a bit sore but not tired.
