AM - Set of pushups. Rowed 2 5k's (2:12.6 and 2:08.4 averages). PM - 8 miles on Leiper with the guys. Core and pushups before practice. Rolling, stretching, and shin exercises after. Felt great during this run. Definitely felt warmed up from the rower and was very loose. Felt fresh as well and don't feel out of shape at all thanks to the cross training and recent work on the rower. It was great to be out there with the guys again. Those were some dark days the past couple of weeks.
