AM - 8 mile run. Core, pushups, rolling, stretching, and shin exercises after. Ran mostly around campus to stay close just in case. Shin stayed at a 0/10 the entire time. Was surprised that my legs were not more sore from the hills and longer run. I remember in winter/spring 2021 it took weeks to re-adapt my legs, but luckily this time I only missed a couple weeks and not a couple months. PM - Rowed 2 5k's (2:13.5 and 2:09.6 averages). Set of pushups. Definitely going to be rowing this week and next to play some catch-up.
