AM - Set of pushups. 40 minute run on the indoor track. Rowed 3 5k's (2:16.3, 2:15.2, and 2:12.8 averages). Shin exercises: 5x40s. 7 minute massage. Iced for 20 minutes. 0/10 pain for the entire run. First run where I've felt totally normal the entire run and was able to go like 7:40 pace without feeling any pain or weakness in the area. Felt fine after the run too and while rowing. Hopefully I am out of this now, this nightmare that I've been living through. Took longer than I would have liked to fall asleep last night, the mind refused to be blank for many hours before I finally fell asleep. PM - Core and pushups.
