AM - 10 miles around Marlton, NJ. Felt pretty good until about the last couple miles and then I felt very dehydrated. Probably should have mixed in a water break or prepared better. 4x100m light striders after. Rolled out. PM - 2 miles after work. Worked the night shift at the playground tonight so I went out for a little shake-out when I got home. Felt pretty decent. Felt like my dinner was sitting in my stomach pretty heavily. Core and pushups. Rolled out.
