AM - EBRC, big loops then small loops. With Aaron, good conditions. 5 miles @ 5:10ish, half mile float, 3 miles @ 5:05, half mile, mile in 4:45. 10 miles in 52 min. I'm content with how this went. Felt mostly controlled. Last mile was downhills, but I felt like I had some of the leg turnover I'd been lacking. I've been in a good groove with training the last month, it's almost a shame I need to back off for the race. pm - two more cottonwood laps
