am - Eagle creek, good conditions. 4 x 2 mile with .5 mile jog rest. I've just never been able to summon much excitement for solo workouts, I have a lot of respect for athletes that can. Anyway, I think given the more undulating loop this workout went fine. I just don't feel comfortable running "fast" yet. All the reps were between 10:05 and 10:20. Was hoping this would feel easier, but if I'm honest with myself, this is probably good for where I am right now. Glad to get the volume in. pm - Same double loop.
