Good conditions at Twin Lakes. Goal - 8 at 5:10, mile easy, mile at 505, mile easy, mile at 500. Good size group for the first 4, then just Aaron and I. He took the easy miles harder so we separated after the tempo. This felt a little harder than I'd hoped. Like I just didn't have the leg speed to make this comfortable. That's understandable, I haven't spent much time at this pace this year, and this is the longest workout I've done since surgery.
