Good conditions at Twin lakes. Schedule 4 easy, 6 @ 550, 5 @ 525, 1-2 push, cd to 20. Had Aaron for about the first half before his achilles gave out. Overall pleased with this, the paces felt very sustainable, and I was able to focus mentally. Stomach was sour pretty early though, so didn't take in as much fluid as I would have liked.
