Daily Note

Did 3 sets of 5 reps front squat (100 pounds) and then 2 sets of 1 rep (130 pounds). Legs feel stronger than ever. I then did 1 set of max time plank and held it for 5 minutes. Definitely proud of all of my progress made. I then did fly 30's on the track after school. I felt really good and really fast. I have recovery for the next 2 days and then another workout on Thursday.
