Did four miles at home. Took a bit for my body to wake up. Trying to keep the pace easy and moderate for the first couple of weeks before starting green light miles. Legs are a bit sore. The goals for this year are big and lofty, but I believe that if I can do everything right they are achievable. Really want to make this year a special year not only for myself but for the rest of the team as well. Goal is to get to LOP at least 4 times before camp week and to start doing light workouts such as threshhold/fartleks late July. The buildup of mileage will be agonizingly slow but whatever it will take to prevent injuries.
