3mi WU, 2xmile with 1min break, 2x1k regular 600m/3min recovery, 4x150m striders, 3mi CD. Right knee was a bit bothersome during the day but when I got running it felt good. Only felt it a bit in the first 200 of the second mile, but besides that, felt good. Felt controlled in the workout, content with it. Just stacking and adding the work. Mile splits: 5:18, 5:22. 1k splits: 3:05, 3:02. Coach prescribed 3:10s for the 1ks but I felt really good. 4x150m striders, didn't time, just went by feel.
