AM: Two miles. Went down to track. Felt relaxed and smooth. Peaceful in the light rain and mist. PM: Two mile warmup, 6mi SML thresh, 3mi CD. Felt pretty tired in the locker room before we went out and the warmup wasn't much better. Splits: 5:58, 6:05, 6:12 (TT), 5:48, 5:54, 6:02. going up hills today my legs were pretty tired, especially triple threat I felt like I was walking. Every thresh like a snow flake. Cold tub for ten minutes after. Good protein shake during dinner.
