AM: Three miles. Like clockwork, shins the day after a workout were not very kind to me for a bit. Forgot to set an alarm so got a nice 9hrs of sleep. PM: Reverse mad run with Mike, Gavin, and Tommy. Legs felt very good on this surprisingly. Shins felt good. Good convos and good laughs. Did a campus loop when we got back to get to nine. Time to pull big brain moments tonight and tomorrow.
