AM: Three miles. Legs still felt ok. Nice outside. PM: 3mi WU, 5x1k, 2.5mi CD. Splits: 3:01, 2:59, 2:57, 3:00, 2:57. Definitely the best workout in a while, and first workout I am content with since mile repeats back in XC. Told myself I would stay back a few meters of the main guys the first one, then go from there. So majority of the workout was "alone", pretty much like no mans land in a race. I know I made the right decision of not staying with them or else I would have had to cut it short. 4th one was difficult as my right hammy was a bit tight. Definitely need to work on finding a kick, coach said to find it last rep, kinda found it. A nice confidence boost as I was losing it following the past two workouts. Brick laid, workouts stacked.
