3mi WU, 600m pre, 5mi CD. Warming up I felt ok, did the warmup 200 and didn't feel too great. Got through 400 of the pre, but on the 2nd 200, although I hit 30 seconds, I felt like my form was already falling apart which never really happens during a pre until half way through the 3rd 200. So I just cut it. Lost a lot of nutrition from Thursday and barely ate yesterday, and if anybody knows me I need my fuel. Did most of my cool down on campus loop contemplating if I will be able to hit my goals this year. I hope I can.
