AM: 3mi WU, 5x1k, 2.25mi CD. Splits: 3:16, 3:11, 3:09, 3:12, 3:11. Very upset with this workout today. I don't know why but my legs were just very heavy after the third rep. I'm not sure if it was because of my run yesterday (6:51 pace, last mile 6:32) or possibly being dehydrated which coach suggested but I don't think so. Maybe it was the fact I have been on my feet so much between Friday and Yesterday, I don't know. It was very frustrating. The positive is that I didn't cut it and I know I can do better. Nice meal with the guys at Antonia's after. PM: Three miles at home. Can't remember the last time my legs were ever this sore after a workout. Took a nap and when I woke up legs were shot. Struggling with turnover even with tailwind. A lackluster day overall
