30deg, sunny, no wind. 7am with seth. met at 86th and lafayette and ran up into zionsville. started off around 7:30 pace or a little lower and felt fine until the last 4-5mi and then started getting tired with the hills. HR avg was low 140s. feels so good to run this pace, but it's still too hard for me at this point. ready for this to feel easy again. big week and body feels pretty good.
