Woke up with ample time to get my usual Friday mileage in before work, but I really, really wasn't feeling a run. Body's just been out of it this week. So I just went for my double mileage to Spring Rock Park and back. GPS was very glitchy in the beginning--apparently Burns Field is almost a mile from my house, and I'm capable of running under 2-minute miles. ___________________________________________ Squeezed a second run in after work and before a bar crawl. Still felt pretty bad on top of the heat and cramps from eating leftover pizza. Just went into Westmont looking for Diane Main Park/Smith Woods and eventually found it. Cut a few miles both in the interest of time and since I felt bad.
