Back in the US and taking advantage of my jet lag to beat the heat and run at… 7:30 so not even that early. I was gonna do a Puff’s Lair, but I was saddened to discover the Minneola rainbow bridge was gone—another casualty of the 294 expansion along with the Hinsdale oasis and the Garywood path. A lot of my good routes are now forced into retirement. I’ll have to check out the replacement/upgraded bridge by Spring Rock Park, but I don’t know why $8 million was spent to remove an epic bridge in favor of upgrading that one.
