1880 workout with Jojo and Nung--likely my last ever workout there now that I think about it. Unfortunately it was really bad. Simple 4-mile tempo cutdown but the body was feeling awful on mile 3 and I died hard. Cut it at 3 because mile 4 would've been like 6:00 pace at best. Not sure why the body felt so bad--legs were fine, just aerobically so difficult. Maybe the 10K/5K double fatigue is still in my system, or maybe the lack of sleep recently hit me today. Whatever the case, taking it easy for the rest of the week.
