Daily Note

The final Opportunity Field workout. Also possibly the final double today since it is finally officially Taper Season. My legs felt kinda flat at first but a little better on the 400's. Michael alternated between running reps with us and cheering us on with indecipherable phrases (see log title). Sleep/recovery is the main priority moving forward, just ten days left to make it all count. Still crazy hungover from the two Shirley Temples I consumed last night.

Lumberjack with Jeff, quite dark out thanks to the lack of daylight spendings. First run in the new Hokas. Talked about the upcoming races, frisbee, and various hypothetical super-villainous schemes that may or may not involve certain members on the team.
