Daily Note

3 mile warm-up, 2.4 mile workout, 2.6 mile cool-down. Split: 33.2, 33.7, 32.5, 32.4, 32.3, 32.4, 33.5, 32.4, 34.4*, 31.7.

* The 34 was because a hurdler almost ran straight into me so had to basically stop 80m away. Felt really smooth throughout this. Breathing was difficult the last 3 or so though. Would have liked to cutdown a bit but 32s are feeling so comfortable I kept it there. Last one I wanted to go faster but my shoe untied so I was kind of restricted. The day off was just what I needed, legs were feeling super fresh. Feeling confident going into this weekend. Stretched after.
