Daily Note

Am - 3 miles around campus. Felt good.

Pm - 3 mile warmup, Pre and 6x400m, 2.5 mile cooldown. Recovery was 10:00 between Pre and 400s and 1:00 between 400s. Splits were 30, 39, 30, 39, 31, 39, 32, 38 for a 4:41. Legs felt very strong throughout this and did not feel like an all out sprint for the fast ones. Last one may have actually been a 31 because I think Coach said that, but I'll go with my watch because it's not a big deal regardless. For the 400's I split 80, 75, 76, 77, 77, 79. Legs were not giving me shit for these. Legs did not even feel that bad, just could not get moving. A little annoying but I have put in so much work that my body is definitely tired, so made sure to cut it when I needed. Core, pushups, rolling, and stretching after.
