Daily Note

3 mile warm-up, 12x400m with 1:00 jog (4.2 miles), 2.8 mile cool-down. Split: 72, 72, 73, 73, 73, 75, 74, 74, 74, 74, 75, 71. My body was very tired the second this started so ended up keeping it chill just to check the box like Coach instructed. If averaging 73 is what my body gave me on a day where my legs were not there, then that is a good sign. First workout in a while I was making deals with myself and had to grind it out. Got to keep stacking this shit. Core and pushups before. Rolling, stretching, and pushups after.
