Daily Note

First run back after 11 days. My legs definitely felt achy like they always feel the first run back. My plan this summer is to build up to 80 miles by mid-July. I am also planning to test the waters with an 85 after I build consistent 80s, but that's only after seeing how my body reacts to 80s. I never struggle getting out the door to run, but core and the other "little things" are what I do struggle with, so I am looking to be as consistent as possible with everything.
