Daily Note

Did 5 with Officer Gal and Zach on the way out. Felt pretty good. Didn't want to do striders but did a 30 second pickup at the very end of my run to get the wheels moving. 15 minute cold tub after. Watched the boys battle Day 1 out and I am growing more and more excited to step on that line.
