3 up with Pat and Nescio, 5 thresh, 1 down. Went 6:08, 5:42, 5:54, 5:52, 6:07. 5:57 average. Pretty happy with this, legs were a bit tired on the warmup but got into a groove and just enjoyed the ride. Great weather, brought me back to the fall threshes on SML. Stomach was bothering me due to my current bowel troubles. I think SML threshes are crucial for me to build the strength needed to reach my goals in the 5k and eventually 10k.
