Am- 7 miles at Lorimor Park. First half was super windy second half felt real easy. Watch died so ran with my phone and ended up going a bit quicker than usual but felt fine. Pm- 2 after dinner, felt real good. Weather was perfect and wanted to keep going. Very tempted to test the waters with 75 mile weeks, but 70 is my number for now and I will respect that. Willed myself to do core before bed
