Daily Note
Am- 3 mile warmup, 4.7 mile workout, 2.3 mile cooldown. Split 3:18, 3:15, 3:11, 3:11, 3:05. Happy with how I consistently cut down. Allergies have had me a bit congested, so breathing was a bit off. Also a bit windy. Was hurting pretty early so pleasantly surprised with the cut down. Excited to keep stacking these good efforts. I may double this afternoon, not sure.
